❃ Complete the Donation Form:  You'll receive an email confirmation, and we'll contact you.

❃ Receive Acknowledgment: Get an acknowledgment letter signed by our treasurer for tax records once your transaction is completed.

❃ Real Estate Donations: We cover transaction fees, including professional evaluations by our chosen escrow firm. For donations exceeding $5,000, we use Form 8283, Section B. For donations below $5,000 and a minimum of $500, use Section A. We're here to help make the transaction simple. Certain conditions apply.
