Expanding Our Impact

As the saying goes, "Surround yourself with the best to become great." At Bella Bond Foundation, we collaborate with over 60 industry-leading professionals, companies, and skilled freelancers, including architects, engineers, designers, real estate experts, appraisers, accountants, consultants, and more.
We work closely with multiple contractors in Hawaii, collaborating to drive meaningful impact. Unlike traditional organizations, we have no employees—only independent contractors, subcontractors, and volunteers.

Vision Born from Compassion

The visionary force behind Bella Bond Foundation, Bella, created this nonprofit with a deep passion for helping communities thrive. She experienced firsthand the shortage of resources available to support women and witnessed injustices that left many struggling without solutions.Realizing these limitations, she chose to take action. Turning her own challenges into a mission for change, Bella founded a nonprofit that fills the gaps, empowers women, and creates opportunities for those who are willing to seize them.

A Leader Behind the Scenes

From the very beginning, Bella made the decision to stay behind the scenes, focusing entirely on the foundation’s impact rather than public recognition. She is known for her exceptional productivity, ability to execute projects rapidly, and deep connection with artificial intelligence, which she leverages to optimize efficiency and innovation.

Bella’s passion for architectural design is reflected throughout the foundation’s projects, with many of the concepts and layouts showcased on the website being her own vision. Beyond design, her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills have led to remarkable achievements.

Recently, she single-handedly applied for a highly competitive grant, a process that typically takes large corporations a year of preparation and a full team of experts. While many assumed she had a network of professionals assisting her, Bella accomplished it entirely on her own within just a few weeks—a feat that takes most organizations almost a year.Her ability to break barriers, defy expectations, and lead with efficiency makes her a driving force behind Bella Bond Foundation, ensuring that every initiative moves forward with innovation, speed, and excellence.

Meet Co-Founder Mario Miscioscia

To represent the foundation publicly, Bella invited Mario Miscioscia to join her mission. Without hesitation, he embraced the opportunity to turn this vision into reality. As co-founder and spokesperson, Mario plays a key role in leading initiatives, expanding partnerships, and advocating for the foundation’s mission.

A Legacy of Leadership & Humanitarian Excellence

Mario, the Italian, is a man of conviction, courage, and action. He speaks with truth and purpose, never seeking approval—his mission is to uplift, challenge, and push people to become their best selves.
From a young age, his Italian father instilled in him a lesson that shaped his life:
"We are always rewarded for the services we provide, even more so when given with detachment."

For Mario, life is not something to be explained—it is something to be lived.
