Since our last update in July 2025, a lot has moved forward.
While our website may have appeared quiet, we have been extremely active behind the scenes — building, refining, and strengthening the foundation of something much bigger.
For over five years, this work has been developing with intention. Not for quick results, but to create systems that are truly sustainable and capable of supporting families for the long term.
At Bella Bond Foundation, we do not believe in temporary solutions. We believe in building lasting impact — and that takes time, precision, and focus.
🏡 Hawai‘i Project – Major Milestones
Since July 2025, our Hawai‘i project has made significant progress.
We are now in Cycle #3 of the construction permit review, having reduced approximately 50 comments in Cycle #2 down to only a few remaining items — a major milestone.
We are also proud to share that we received approval from the State DLNR (Historic Division). Given that our land is located within a preservation zone, this represents an important and meaningful achievement.
From the very beginning, the project has been designed with intention — using a pillar-based structural system to minimize ecological impact and build in harmony with the natural landscape. In 2026, we also received a copyright certificate protecting the architectural and engineering design, reinforcing the uniqueness of this project.
⚙️ Texas Development – Advancing Innovation
Our work in Texas has also progressed significantly.
We have completed the full master layout design of a large-scale campus exceeding 1,500 acres, and are now advancing into interior design and system development.
Several innovations are currently being developed to:
reduce construction costs
improve efficiency
increase accessibility to housing
This initiative is not just about building structures — it is about creating scalable systems that can support communities in a more effective and sustainable way.
Through this work, Bella Bond Foundation directly benefits, as these developments integrate into our system known as BBMIS (Bella Bond Modular Intelligent System).
Our goal is simple: to build solutions that can help more people — consistently, efficiently, and over time.
🌴 Florida – Continued Progress
Our work in Florida is also moving forward.
Is everything perfect? No.But progress is real — and every step matters.
We remain focused on our mission :to help as many families as possible by building systems that are sustainable, autonomous, and less dependent on unstable external funding.
🤍 Gratitude
We would like to sincerely thank Google, Walmart, and Sam’s Club for their support, which has contributed meaningfully to the advancement of our projects.
We are equally grateful for the continued support of local Hawaiian businesses, community partners, and both local and international donors who believe in this mission.
